We recently had to contact our home repair contract company to send out a repairman for our oven. It was emitting carbon monoxide when used and had not been used in a week waiting on someone to come out and look at it. Our contract company made an appointment with Fix-It-Right Appliance Repair at 615-557-7935 to come out. The day of the appointment came, the window for service was 3-6 pm. No one came out and no one called. Nothing. We agreed for our contract co. to try and set up another appointment. In the meantime, they tried to call the company and email them, to which they got no reply. Eight days after the original appt., someone contacted me about coming out. I told them they were over a week late contacting me and we had to get another repair company, who had already been out and fixed the problem. This is very rude and inconsiderant on the part of Fix-It-Repair. There are working people out here, who have to take off from work for appointments like this to be home. American Heating and Cooling has charged me $69 just to come and take a look at the problem. They didn't let me know on the phone that there would be charge to come and diagnose the problem.
