the pharmacist in this store is the most unprofessional. rude and non customer oriented person I have encountered at a walgreens ever and I have been a patron multiple times. my insurance company encouraged me to take my meds and do the right things to prolong my life, I have many health issues that are already depressing and difficult to manage. this lady is hostile and has an attitude of unpleasantness I have never seen in one of your stores. I have used walgreens from the ghetto to the high society neighborhoods. I have encountered this lady on three recent occasions and she is a bully and unethical professional. she does not want to be questioned or engaged on any level. I recently moved to this neighb0rhood and thought my positive experience would continue, but so far this has been an awful experience. I need the convenience of this store and wish to patronize it in the future. I do not know her name, but she is young, blonde with average height and size. I need to know that I have your support in improving my experience with this store. my last two visits were this past Friday and sunday and she was the pharmacist on duty. thanks for your assistance William E. I just read the other reviews..... What a bunch of cry babies! The Kroger pharmacy on Hwy 70 in Bellevue has never let me down. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes to pick up a prescription I've left at the "walk up" window inside the store, but so what. Certainly not the 25 hours ahead! What a bunch of baloney! Everyone behind the counter has always been helpful towards me. I'm very pleased with the level of service that I receive. I know there are circumstances where some folks have to use the drive up window because they're contagious or aren't dressed. But otherwise, what's so difficult about getting out of the car and walking a few yards? ...read more
