I just read the other reviews..... What a bunch of cry babies! The Kroger pharmacy on Hwy 70 in Bellevue has never let me down. Sometimes I have to wait 20 minutes to pick up a prescription I've left at the "walk up" window inside the store, but so what. Certainly not the 25 hours ahead! What a bunch of baloney! Everyone behind the counter has always been helpful towards me. I'm very pleased with the level of service that I receive. I know there are circumstances where some folks have to use the drive up window because they're contagious or aren't dressed. But otherwise, what's so difficult about getting out of the car and walking a few yards? ...read more

I love the changes to this Kroger. They now have a more selection of organic foods. They layout is amazing and the staff is always wonderful and helpful. It is always so pleasant shopping there. ...read more

I am a nurse practitioner who has used this pharmacy for about 5 years now - it seems to be getting worse in customer service - today I waited almost 30 mins at the drive up, having an older woman pop her head over every 5-10 mins x3 to tell me someone would be with me in a minute - a minute became 5 then 10 then when I rang the button again, she popped up in the window to repeat what she said and a younger tech came over and checked on my order - said they were working on it and that I could continue to wait there at the drive through (which had been 25 mins already) or if someone came in behind me to p/u a script, I would have to move and drive around again. I ended up with 2 cars in front of me this time - when I finally got to the camera again, a young man came into view and began to argue with me that I had not been there that long and blah blah blah of which I then asked to speak to manager Katie, who is very young - maybe part of the issues!
