As a community medical case manager in Davidson County, I appreciate the housing opportunities this agency provides. With that said, I feel like some of the staff are disrespectful and feel inconvenienced when asked a question. I have had this issue with a couple of their section 8 workers. I understand that social workers are overworked being that I am one, but that is no excuse to be rude to another professional or a client. ...read more
