My nieces had head lice from school and unfortunately they shared this with me. I called Lice Solutions in Nashville for help. My experience was not a positive one. Abby answered the phone. When asked questions regarding lice and the process she was abrupt and not forthcoming. She was defensive when I asked her about some research I had found regarding lice products and their removal. We were trying to set up an appointment (a paying customer) but also had some questions since this was our first experience with lice. Instead of being helpful, supplying information, and helping me through this process, she was abrasive, unhelpful, and didn't have answers to my questions.
