I called the mechanic working there and told him my problem and asked him if they could work on my cycle. Told him the make, model etc. and he told me to bring it in. I loaded it up on my trailer and hauled it to them and they wouldn't even LOOK AT IT!!! This company knows nothing about Chinese products. I would stay away from them. I would not recommend using their service department. We took our jet ski in at the beginning of summer, and are still waiting to get it returned. They do not return phone calls, are evasive in their answers, and after paying $600 for parts they suggested already, we find out it is doing the same thing as when we took it in. When we do get them on the phone or in person, we are told , "Well, we have been busy". It is so infuriating! ...read more
