This store sucks, I've said I wouldn't come to this location anymore but third times the charm. They act as if they need to be trained, at least the older ones that I seem to always get. They're unprofessional & don't know what they're doing and I only go in to "pay my bill" imagine if I wanted anything else. Good luck but I see no future for this location. No more for me. ...read more

Prices are dropping. Sell your iPhone now.
When tens of thousands of iPhones flooded eBay and Craigslist immediately following the release of the iPhone 5C and 5S prices tended to be much higher in the following days. Which is unusual when such a huge amount of a commodity hits the market. However this is simply explained by the fact that the average consumer is unaware that there has been such a large inflow of product to the market.Even a cursory look would have shown a larger number of phones available to the public. But, if the person shopping had not been paying attention prior to the spike in available handsets they would have been completely unaware that this was not typical and of course paid the higher prices keeping the market price high for several weeks. Now, a month after the release the used iPhone market is settling down. Not necessarily in the volume of phones available, as noted by nearly 22,000 iphone 4 availble from one carrier alone on eBay, but in price. Over the last 30 days the price of several surveyed handsets have dropped 10-20% and some much more. I can expect as demand drops the sellers of the used handsets will be accepting lower and lower prices just to their item sold after perhaps days or weeks of not getting their initial asking price. This is good for the businesses that buy and resell but not necessarily good for the average person selling on Craigslist or eBay. Now would be a good time to sell your broken iphone sitting in your drawer before you miss out! ...read more

Solutions for IT in Small and Medium Business
The best solution for your small to medium size business is to partner with your IT consultant in a tightly working business relationship. The expense of hiring a full-time employee is too costly when you have a small office to manage. Find a reliable IT professional who is willing to provide you with an honest evaluation of your equipment. No, he is probably not the fourth person on your golf outing, but he is someone you can respect, look in the eye, be honest with him, and know that when he leaves your office, he holds your company in high regards and your trade-secrets tight. However, if you are uneasy about his personality, take that to heart, and seek another company. Your side of the deal is to be honest and forth coming. If the budget is the boundary, then your IT professional is privy to this information. In the short-term, budgets stand in the way of the best decisions when working with equipment and small to medium sized businesses. Think of your equipment in the position of an additional employee. It is your investment. What you purchase and maintain returns to your business what hiring additional staff can do. The real-time potential employee costs far exceed the short-term equipment investment. Weigh your equipment options from multiple angles before saying no to the best fix for the quick fix. Then approach each repair seeking to glean knowledge from your IT consultant. If you are habitually saying no to a monetary fix understand that your IT consultant has been trained from job one to work a miracle repair with little expense. This thought process can become a hindrance to your business later. Keep an open, ongoing communication with your IT consultant about your expectations. In short, find the IT consultant that has your business at the fore front of his solutions by building a solid business relationship and keeping your IT consultant abreast of your expectations each and every time you make contact. Please feel free to call us with any questions that you may have 615-206-7281. ...read more
