I've observed a caring friendly staff who puts students first. I've never had any issues going to Georgia Career Institute. But I've seen them work hard to keep other students alive by working with those who haven't been as lucky as me by having to deal with difficult personal situations in their life. Wiping off the smeared mascara is a huge no no. Blending it into your makeup also will not help. Take a cotton swab and dip it into a moisturizer or makeup remover to remove residue.
