My overall review is that Sona MedSpa has been good.
I have always had wonderful experiences with each visit.
The thing that gets/keeps me as a customer is when the one performing my procedures understands that my preference is to look way over-the-top overdone. That is the look I want. At other places, they give you the look they want you to have. I don't go back to them.
So far it has been very good.
Friendly, very accommodating staff. Very easy to get and change appointments and I really appreciate that! I work nights at a hospital so my schedule is always changing. The technicians have always been very professional and friendly.
