The 1st review on this page sounds identical to my story. Appalling!!! My list of complaints with this company seems endless. The day I was to move into my rental home, I had all my things in a moving truck, call to pick up the keys, was continued to be told it would be later that day, and finally was told at the end of the day that they had not even gone to the home once since the previous renters moved out! It was a week later I got to move into a disgusting home maiden with clumps of dog hair and dog odor, which I was promised to be gone. T.Wright properties has well below average staff and service. We moved into a home that was not completely ready for us to move in. They patched alot of things together and then at the end of the lease charged us for the damages. It took them 4 months to replace a broken window that the previous tenant broke, 3 months to replace landscape mulch/dead bushes and etc. False advertisement with the Jacuzzi tub in the backyard. 12 months and it has never been fixed. Hardwood floors repaired by there so called maint. crew. They went to lowes or home depot and bought wax to add a shine. Dollar Store light bulbs that needed replaced in about 2 months. Ceiling fans that the previous tenant damaged never fixed. Maint. crew did not know how to fix. Came by twice with new parts, but they were wrong parts each time. If only the owner of this property knew what type of property management co. they are, he would find someone else to manage his property. A 1 star is too high of a score for these guys.Take my advice and choose someone else to lease from. Im still paying for damages the other tenants before me created, even the grill and outside stuff they left. They charged me for the removal. They are crooks, make sure you do walk thru's with them, video or take pics. If not you will be hustled because of there poor staff and service. ...read more
