I have a detailed review below, but bottom line: BAD Customer Service BAD repair No Savings = GO ELSEWHERE! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I used iFixMemphis (aka "iFix901" etc) to replace a screen/digitizer on my iPad 3. My suggestion: DO NOT USE their services. The price was comparable with other local repair shops ($150 tax). The work was sub-par, took multiple attempts and Still is not correct. The other reviews about how bad the customer service is are all spot-on in my opinion. I made 3 visits to the store and not once was I greeted with a Hello or any greeting. I never received a THANK YOU for your business nor even a simple, Have a good day or Come Back if you need anything. The attendant seemed borderline bored with having to assist someone.
