Downtown Store - Bad repair experience (iPad screen)
I have a detailed review below, but bottom line: BAD Customer Service BAD repair No Savings = GO ELSEWHERE! ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------I used iFixMemphis (aka "iFix901" etc) to replace a screen/digit...izer on my iPad 3. My suggestion: DO NOT USE their services. The price was comparable with other local repair shops ($150 tax). The work was sub-par, took multiple attempts and Still is not correct. The other reviews about how bad the customer service is are all spot-on in my opinion. I made 3 visits to the store and not once was I greeted with a Hello or any greeting. I never received a THANK YOU for your business nor even a simple, Have a good day or Come Back if you need anything. The attendant seemed borderline bored with having to assist someone. I work downtown so I went for convenience of location. That was my mistake. It's worth the drive to get it fixed elsewhere, if done correctly.iFixMemphis replaced my digitiz
Love this place!
I spilled wine all over my iPhone and it completely died! I was afraid that it was going to take FOREVER to fix (and expensive) but, they did it the SAME DAY! I called other places and they charge EXTRA to get it done the same day. They had it back to me in just a few hours as good as new! I can't believe they saved my phone!
