I wrote a review in June of 2012 on yelp. It has disappeared. I feel its important to warn the public about Martha's. I went with hair down my back in perfect condition. By the time it was time to wash my hair,it had fallen out in large clumps in the shower . I am not a lover of hair,but this was tramic because it caused me to think I was ill. I scheduled several doctors appoints only to come to the conclusion that my hair was burned and weakened and snapped off during the shampoo process. It happened to one of my co-workers as well. Cannot give zero stars. Placed an order and then tried t contact to change it. No response. Item was sent to me and it was defective. Tried to contact, no response. Informed Better Business Bureau about it, they responded but lied about what they had done. I sent THEIR defective item back to THEM and they REFUSED to accept it. They sent it back.
