Never again will I do business with these people. I needed a new CPAP machine. They told me they had reviewed my insurance and that my insurance would pay for it. They billed my ins co and when my ins co needed more info, they ignored them repeatedly. They told them I had no medical necessity for the CPAP, that my old one was just worn out, after I had told them it was broken! It took them 16 months dealing with my ins co every 4-5 months in which that time they never called me once. Yesterday I got a bill for $2500 for the CPAP! NOT the contracted rate, which is the amount they would have been paid by the insurance co, they have decided to GOUGE me for the entire amount! These people are disreputable and inept. They are also not good business people. My EMPI people call me, email me or mail me every few months to see if I need new supplies. BHME NEVER has contacted me to see if I needed anything. They are losing money by not marketing to their customers, which is probably why they need to GOUGE their customers! DON'T give them your business.
