Not a good exprience. They didn't honor the contract. Failed to pull necessary permits. Quality of work was rejected by Code Enforement Inspectors for electrical, mechanical and structural. They used sub-standard material which caused us to to get someone else to do it right. \t\n\t\nThey sound good but be VERY careful before you use them. This is the worst company. I called this company and they were the rudest people to be in business. The father returned the call after several messages and essentially told me he would not be in our part of town (black neighborhood) until Saturday because he was in Midtown and did not want to burn the gas. He stated that if we wanted the carpet cleaned before Saturday we could call another company because they would not be the ones to do it. This man did not say the schedule was full or anything but he was very demeaning in his choice of words..You are surely not the only carpet cleaning company AND YOU CERTAINLY ARE NOT THE BEST!!!! ...read more
