I'm a former customer of TruGreen. I used their services for 3 years. Initially I was very impressed. The initial cost was much lower than my current lawn care provider, but every year when renewal came the cost made by jaw drop to the floor. I would have to call customer support to get the price lowered, but still being more than the previous year. I discontinued my service after several issues: the yearly increase in cost, one of my finial services killing A LOT of by beautiful lawn (my guess is over fertilization), not receiving a call for aeration and seeding during my last year, not being contacted for aeration and seeding after asking the Trugreen representative that was servicing my lawn to do so (how many times does a customer have to ask to spend money?), and the surprise bill in the mail when I didn't renew saying I owed $57.00 USD. Unknowingly when I paid for a full year of service in advanced, if I never call to cancel they would bill me monthly. I don't ever remember agreeing to that term when I initially paid for a full year of service 3 years ago, and every following year when I would pay for a full year of service. Supposedly you agree to whatever terms they send you in the mail even though you don't verbally agree or sign on a dotted line. I honestly was fed up paid and canceled my service. ...read more

I have dealt with many sign companies. Balton Sign Company has to be the best. They knew exactly what we were able to have and needed in several locations and kept us from making some costly mistakes. The quality of their work was far beyond what we have recieved from other companies. We will call them again. ...read more
