went through the drive thru placed my order moved to the front window got my order. I pulled up and checked it it was short. I went in told the manager. She got a bag and handed it to me. I am writing this to let you all know Mcdonalds in maynardville works, i went thru drive thru got my food, got all the way home and our quarter pounders were raw, i called spoke to a woman manager which she told me to bring the burger back, drove all the way back down there when i ask to see a manager, the man which was also manager told me he was busy at that time., Very rude he was, finally the woman i spoke with over the phone came over and said do you want you money back, didnt offer any sorry for you inconvience , sorry for your time. i just would like someone to know that this isnt the 1st time we have had problems we have been very disappointed, we actually was there one other time and the employees were talking very bad to eachother about things nobody had any business hearing. i would like to kinow who is in charge of this place, cause its very poorly being run..... ...read more
