My husband and I went through the drive-thru last night. .We ordered the same thing we always get a french dip with swiss and a classic roast beef add swiss.The french dip is 3.99 and the classic with swiss is 3.19. The total with tax is always 7.88. I have receipts to prove this. When we we told him we have a 30 cent off coupon,we were told the new total was 7.80. Really? When asked why we were only getting an 8 cent savings we were told you have to pay 40 cents for the cheese. I know that, it's always added in and already was. We asked to see a manger who met us half hanging out the window yelling it's 7.80"You have to pay for the cheese".There was no explaining to him we already had, There was no talking to this guy.My husband did get irate and cussed. As we were driving off, he's yelling out the window at the top of his lungs"YOU ALL HAVE A WONDERFUL NIGHT". I could care less about 30 cents, but total disrespect? I went through the drive through at this local arby's chain where they are notorious for mix ups. My three year old is sleeping in the back seat and the person who swiped my debit card never gave me a receipt and only gave me a small roast beef when I ordered MUCH more than that, I circled the building noticing my bag didn't look right, asked politely for the manager because my receipt nor my order was in the bag, thinking this was a small misshap the manager told me there was nothng she could do other than give me what I "said I ordered" like I was lying about it!?!? So now I have to check my bank statement to see what the I was even charged! never will my family eat there again. ...read more
