Rivergate Muffle what can i say about them? well 1st i can say they do one hell of a job. I've been knowing them for about 2 years now and i trust them with all my cars. for what they do they alway do the job right at the 1st time. and well the price is not always the cheapest BUT it well wroth for what you pay for. most car shop dont even do half the stuff they do and if they do its not always good job.. They are happy to take your money, but can't seem to do their jobs correctly. I had them install a NEW engine in my work truck. It CAUGHT ON FIRE the first time I picked it up. It has leaked oil and antifreeze, and has died at every stop the vehicle makes ever since they did the work and THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. I brought the truck back and it sat there for a week without being touched. Scott said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it!!!! When I showed up to ask about it, the owner cussed me out and threatened to call the cops!!! I placed a piece of scotch tape on the hood when I left it and it was never touched. Run!!! This place is completely incompetent from the owner to the techs. Brought my vehicle in for a simple repair that should have cost $250. After they messed everything on the vehicle up and finally telling me they couldnt fix after having the vehicle for a month tried to charge me $1800 for an UNREPAIRED car! Took it to a real repair shop next day all was fixed!! But cost me $1200 for them to undo the damage Rivergate Muffler did and $250 to fix correctly!!!! ...read more

I rebuild torque converters, so I deal with Mr Transmission Madison on a daily basis, but they have also fixed some of my cars. They fixed the transmission on my 97 Dodge pickup and they also replaced the water pump on my wife's BMW. Good experiences here! I recommend to all! My cars are getting up there in miles (184k) and that means repairs... repairs.. repairs. When I set out to find a shop I could trust and develop a relationship with, Precision Auto Care passed my test. They are honest, skilled, and save me money. Two of my cars have been repaired here. One of which I had attempted alignment on twice with two other shops and it wasn't done right untill Precision Auto Care did it. So far they have repaired: a coolant system leak, tires, wheel bearing-(other shops thought the shaking was from the tires, but replacing the bearing finally fixed it!), alignment, all at a fraction of the price I was quoted from two other shops. These guys find the issue instead of just replacing parts. The communication is good with phone calls to me about the repair before charged work is performed and they are attentive to my many questions. I have been to other shops and been taken by big corporate names they all stole my money & sold me on things i never needed but Jessy at river gate muffler and thank God now they fix cars at their new location that is really big.&have great mechanics . i went to a shop in Madison to see why my light was on & they told me i needed catalytic converters & oxygen sensors replaced also needed to replace my intake gasket otherwise i will blow my engine, they gave me an estimate of over 1800 dollars , i almost fell for their deceive & scam if it wasn't for my buddy he called before i agreed on repairs &advised me to get a second opinion & referred me to Jessy at river gate muffler and thank god i did . long story short i took my car to them last week & spoke with Jessy he had his mechanic check out the car & in less than 3 hours my car was fixed & all it cost is 145 dollar oxygen sensor light is off & im still driving thanks Jessy & Ur team & honesty GOD bless im a customer 4 life .mark. ...read more

rivergate custom exhaust have worked on my Porsche and my 08 tundra with ease and great professionalism Jessy the owner is one of the best custom muffler guys Ive ever dealt the man really knows his stuff i took my Porsche all over to diff muffler shops that claim to do or know custom exhaust they have froze when confronted with my twin turbo 911 ,but Jessy had built a complete custom exhaust for my car in one day turn around and i love it very very reasonable price and great workman ship and also dulled my tundra in about 45 minutes and threw in pair of stainless tips for free great guy ill take my cars to him for anything and referrals . ...read more
