Rivergate Muffle what can i say about them? well 1st i can say they do one hell of a job. I've been knowing them for about 2 years now and i trust them with all my cars. for what they do they alway do the job right at the 1st time. and well the price is not always the cheapest BUT it well wroth for what you pay for. most car shop dont even do half the stuff they do and if they do its not always good job.. I've been to so many car shop in the madison area and i yet to find one that does half the stuff they do . All I'm saying is that Rivergate Muffle is one of the BEST car shop around . ...read more

Marry L.02/03/2014 I have been a customer dealing with rivergate mufflers for well over 5 years and i have referred my friends and family members to them over the years i yet to have heard any bad things about them they have always gone above and beyond to save me money and keep me happy......I WAS READING THE REVIEW JOSEPH L WROTE ABOUT THEM , AND I HAVE CALLED THE SHOP TO LET THEM KNOW ABOUT WHATS BEEN WRITTEN,,,, TALKED TO SCOTT AND HE TOLD ME THAT IT WAS AN ENGINE THE TRUCK OWNER HAD PROVIDED AND ALL THEY DID IS INSTALL IT WITH HIS ORIGINAL EQUIPMENT OFF OF THE OLD ENGINE WHICH WAS PREVIOUSLY USED AS A**** U HALL TRUCK RENTAL***** I DON'T THINK ITS FAIR TO SAY BAD THINGS ABOUT A SHOP THAT DOES SO MUCH FOR THEIR COMMUNITY AND EVEN OFFER REPAIRS AT COST TO SINGLE MOMS .. I HAVE KNOWN SCOTT SINCE HE STARTED WORKING FOR THE COMPANY AND HE WELL DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO HELP... I JUST HATE HOW SOME PPL HAVE TO PUT DOWN A BUSINESS JUST BECAUSE THEY THINK THEY WERE MISS TREATED AND DON'T GET ME WRONG IM NOT DEFENDING THE SHOP ITS JUST I KNOW HOW THEY DO BUSINESS AND THAT'S WHY THEY ARE VERY BUSY , I THINK BECAUSE THEY ARE HONEST REASONABLE AND DON'T GIVE A FIRESTONE CLEAN MY BANK ACCOUNT ESTIMATE ... They are happy to take your money, but can't seem to do their jobs correctly. I had them install a NEW engine in my work truck. It CAUGHT ON FIRE the first time I picked it up. It has leaked oil and antifreeze, and has died at every stop the vehicle makes ever since they did the work and THEY REFUSE TO FIX IT. I brought the truck back and it sat there for a week without being touched. Scott said that they couldn't find anything wrong with it!!!! When I showed up to ask about it, the owner cussed me out and threatened to call the cops!!! I placed a piece of scotch tape on the hood when I left it and it was never touched. He tried to hold my truck and call the cops if I didn't PAY HIM a $69 INSPECTION FEE??? ...read more
