I dropped off a Reel to Reel take deck 6 years ago for repair. Owner said he would call me when it was repaired. That was about 2005. It is 2012 and I am still waiting on my call. Owner refuses to return calls, refuses to answer BBB requests about situation. If you purchased a Sony TC-355 in the past 6 years I hope it providing good service to you. Yes it is old and out of date, but it was a Christmas present from my father when I was in high school. There were reasons I wanted an old product repaired and this person was reccomended,...BUT I will not.
