Management sucks. They never deliver documents like they are supposed to. They illegally evict people and are extremely unprofessional. The property manager Heather needs to find a new job because she cannot do her current one properly. The property is run down, has mold issues and is horribly dated. At Jacob Lei Property Management, LLC... we DO NOT return a tenants security deposit when they move out owing rent/late fees or cause damages that exceed the amount of their security deposit. A tenant that pays their rent on-time, moves out by providing proper written notice and leaves the home in as good or better condition (than when they moved in)... that tenants security deposit funds will be returned minus the standard cleaning fee that is stated (in writing) on their lease. I know there are plenty of business owners ,like me ,who are going through the same slowdown ,and if you are depending solely on your bussiness to pay bills with and generate operating capital for your business...well ,hold on tight because i think we're in for a bumpy road,at least for the next few more months .Come on !!!!!!!!
