These are decent apts if you live on the 3rd floor. I live on the second floor and people above me are always stumping and running. The people below me always plays loud music. But my problem is I have the lady in the office. Yo she is NEVER there ! You probably can catch her between 11 am-2 pm . The office says they are open from 8-5 but thats a lie. I have been there several times before and she is never on time or on break or left early. You have to call over a million times before someone answers and dont even think to try to leave a voicemail because it is always full from the other people she cant answer the phone for. The complex was very nice, maintenance was kept up & I was really interested in having the pool. Once I moved in, everything went downhill. The good maintenance man moved which resulted in the property appearance to become unappealing, residents children would climb all over the trees, aircconditioning units, throw rocks into the pool, etc. In 2 years time there had been 5 different managers, including the regional who's motto for complaints is "If it isn't in writing, it didn't happen". That was ignored when I did submit written complaints. My son with special needs was ridiculed, antagonized & blamed for things he didn't do on several occasions causing him much distress. There have been break ins, fights, & drug activity. I regret moving there but very happy I've moved to a nicer area. ...read more
