NOT a doctor, but rather an NP. My wife and I went to Irina Abrams for separate reasons at different times and the only thing this "doctor" had to proscribe was to cut milk out of our diets. Apparently, milk is the root of all that ails every patient. After my visit where I brought a form to the receptionist, her aid, and Irina herself and detailed exactly what services I wanted billed, I left and was later billed for services I did not request to the tune of $78. I called them to dispute, was condescended to by the rudest receptionist I have ever met. She then billed my HSA card fraudulently. It took four days of calling (having my calls ignored) for a refund of the fraudulent charges, then in-person, having to talk to Irina, informing her that I had filed the charges with my HSA company as fraud, before refunding and I was then billed on paper, still fraudulently. She also faxed confidential medical info on another patient to me on accident, violating HIPAA. ...read more
