Stan Roden represented me when my dad passed away. We were in court many times as there were a lot of issues with nephews trying to take what legally belonged to me. They repeatedly tried using dirty tactics with the guidance and help of a crooked, 'ambulance chaser' type atty, named David Hamilton. Mr Roden held his own many times in court against him. This all went on for quite some time, but was finally settled and I now own the two (2) parcels of land that nephews tried to lay claim to. Stan Roden is one of the better 'credible' attorneys in Knoxville, and I think that some of the bad review/s that I read must have been written by Mr Hamilton or one of his cronies.Diann Temple ...read more
