I've lived in two apartment buildings owned by these people and they are a disaster. If you're wondering why I did it's because they were my last option. My first apt was on legion street in Weber city. Those apartments have mildew and black mold. That doesn't go away, we tried everything. When we first moved in, every room was freshly painted and later I found out why, MOLD! It comes through the paint eventually. The second apartment was on Greenwood Drive in Weber city. At a first glance, it is a very nice apt, older but nice. I hated that the washer and dryer hook up was down stairs but later I started having more problems. There's roaches, everywhere. In the winter, our living room window broke on accident and they replaced it with a piece of wood for a month and half until they could replace it. It took them months to fix our thermostats that wasn't working. Our kitchen floor started sinking in and what did they do? Added more tile on top of it instead of fixing it.
