Within one minute of walking in and wondering through the large organic food and supplement section, a very friendly employee asked if I needed any help. I did, and she very quickly showed me what I was looking for. That completed I continued to look around- organic foods, hard to find coconut flour, liquid Stevia, etc.- I was in heaven! I have tried to get a POV for my 90 yr. old Dad since 8/6/10.I am still waiting for a phone call from a Rob for going on 2 wks. They have lost my Dad's file, promise to call, everything but a POV. Maybe they are waiting for my Dad to pass. Today is 9/20/10, no POV, no phone call,no customer service, no consideration, no empathy, no NOTHING.. If there was a "no star" raiting, I would have used it. Worse customer service I have EVER received and promise, I will not recommend or use again. ...read more
