Great company....very nice people. Linda Walsh is Mr. Pittman's agent and is professional pleasant and efficient. They have apartments and houses in Johnson City. Some properties are pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee. I rented from them several years ago and they were always prompt in responding to maintenance issues and worked with me when I was laid off from my job. ...read more

This is a scamming company. They raise your rent like crazy and your apartment is made in 1980 yet they tell you it was built in the 90s and they paint to cover up mold and flaws. They don't take care of any problems and when you have something huge like a leak you might as well move out and pay your fees b/c they will make you pay the remaining lease amount if you move out even if you are flooded completely out of the unit. then the office is the most unprofessional group of girls i have ever met. they are rude, arrogent, loud, insulting and demeaning not to mention they have no sense of business or customer relations. they need to all be fired and someone else take over. i moved across the street and yea they dont look good outside but they are way better inside. I would rather Chuck Rick over Homestead Properties or Bucc Court any dang day of the year.
