Brooks, Hey my friend. This is Karee Scott McCord and I have a question for you. My son, Michael Black has insurance on our plan. His truck payment is with Y-12 Federal Credit Union 501 Lafayette Drive Oak Ridge, TN 37830 (Main Office/Insurance Department). We took them the copy of his card but they are wanting a Declarations page showing Y-12 as the lease holder and Vin number.. I am hoping you have this information and can fax it to them.
