If I could have left zero stars, I absolutely would. These apartments have recently been bought out. This is quite unfortunate. The old manager Lisa was wonderful! She kept the grounds nice and was understanding and kind to her residents. The new manager, Mera, is the exact opposite. She essentially harassed the residents who have lived there for years and pushed them to move out by her negative attitude and harsh treatment. Many of the residents have been receiving eviction notices on the first of the month. People that have lived there for years have now lost their home. She increased rent by over $300, yet made mediocre renovations. These apartments are over 35 years old. Good luck keeping residents in your dump and with a terrible manager.
