My computer starting making this clicking sound, so I called their office. The guy who answered the phone told me to stop trying to turn it on and to bring it in immediately, as the hard drive was most likely dead. When I took my computer in, they not only explained what the clicking noise was but also asked if I had a backup of my stuff, like pictures, documents. I explained I did not - they had me make a list of what was on my computer that I would want back, my photos, my emails and my quickbooks file. The next day I got a phone call saying that they had the new hard drive in my computer and they were able to get ALL my stuff back!! My emails, my pictures, my documents, my itunes, and my QuickBooks!! I would not hesitate to take my computer there again if I had any other issues. ...read more

After leaving two messages and one website serviced request, we finally reached him and he claimed he never got either type of message. (Not possible) then he schedules an appt and doesn't show up. When he used to come he did the work but reaching him (his mailbox is always full) and having him show up or on time is a BIG risk. ...read more

Rick is amazing! My home PC stopped connecting to the internet, four people attempted to fix the problem, including my service provider and no one had any idea what was wrong! I thought I would need to replace my computer, which was relatively new. I called Rick and within a few minutes he had diagnosed the problem, took the computer to his office, and brought it back the next day. My computer didn't work this well when I first purchased it directly from the manufacturer!
