Note: I gave the wrong rating on the previous review. It should have been a 1 star or less. We had these people install a Heat pump/Gas furnace. They did such a bad job it is a wonder that we are not all dead. They put the PVC vent pipe in and only glued 2 out of 12 joints, the gas pipe line was loose and leaking, the Freon joints at the air handler were loose and leaking, and they stripped off all the insulation from the copper tubing leading to the furnace. They knocked a large hole in the bricks on the side of the house and stuffed rocks in it to fill in around the AC line. They were called numerous times to come out and finish the job. At first James Noort, the owner, said he would be out the next day. Then when he found out who was calling he would just hang up. He never showed up after he left the first day. He is one bad workman. ...read more
