My husband ordered flowers for me from this shop while he was deployed overseas. When they were two days late in delivering the bouquet, my husband told me about the surprise (which spoiled it) and I had to call to find out what happened. The lady on the phone expressed no apologies and denied the fact that it was an inconvenience. I didn't even want the flowers anymore at that point, since the surprise had been blown. But he had already paid, so I told them to bring them out. I asked if she could at least refund us for the delivery fee. She would not. My husband spent $80 on a bouquet and lovely note that should have been a great surprise, but because of the horrible customer service, it was a waste. ...read more

Garden Delights Florist is excellent!!! They listen to what the customer wants and needs and put there wonderful artistry to work.
