My first and last experience was with Jon herself! She told me my hair was damaged, cut off 1/8 an inch all over and sold me $100 in magic products to make me love my hair. I really wanted a cute haircut. Jon, the owner, said I would love my hair after it was healthy. I didn't. She offered to "take more hair out" - which made me think of the cook spitting on the steak I sent back. I asked for my $50 I spent on the haircut back. No dice there either.
