I needed flowers for my mother's birthday delivered to her on the same day I ordered them. It was late on a Sunday before I thought of Kroger, having called every florist I could find in the area, and finding them all closed. I was so upset by the time I thought of Kroger's flower shop, having been there once with my mom on one of my visits from out of state. I remembered that the store was lovely, and the flower department lovely as well, so, last chance, I called. I was so relieved to have a conversation with the nicest lady I've ever had to help me-- her name was Bertha, and she got a fantastic bouquet of flowers to my mom that very afternoon. I know it was fantastic because my mom sent me a picture of it. I actually shed a few tears of relief. Bertha, and Mary, who helped make my mom's arrangement, are two angels on this earth and happen to work at Kroger's on Germantown Pkwy. in Cordova TN!
