CCI has a very friendly staff. Mr. Riad is honest about your options once the problem is found and takes what you need into account more than trying to slip in expensive parts. I overheard this with other customers, too, and not just myself. My experience took one day for evaluation and one for data retrieval (laptop had died from faulty manufacturer's parts.) The total bill was about $100, including time&labor, which I find fair for the specialty equipment and experience involved. I took them my brand new laptop back sometime ago and they refused to check it for Spyware because it ran Windows Vista...?! The owner was very rude, insulted me for buying a dell laptop, and running windows vista. They are not up to date on anything, this place looks like the pc shop time forgot around the windows 98 era.... EVERY item in this store was over priced items from Newegg.com.. Take a tip from me and save yourself $45.. avoid at all cost! ...read more
