I was aware I had some critters in my attic. I called Vince and told him the situation. I ask him for current reviews of his company which he immediately sent to me. After reading the reviews and watching a video of him capturing a rattlesnake, I called him back and said You are my guy! Vince came out the day I called him. He inspected my attic and the inside and outside of my house thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable, personal, genuine and honest. He actually told me what I could do to save money! He spent time educating me and he addressed every concern I had before he left. The cost was very reasonable. He didn't try to push me or give me a sales pitch. He discovered I have rats and squirrels. He set 10 large traps in the attic and before he could finish his paperwork, we heard a sound in the attic. We went up to investigate and found a small pool of blood but couldn't find the animal. That's how fast his traps started working. I love animals and don't want to hurt them but Vince said if the rodents aren't dealt with the population gets bigger and causes further damage to your house. Vince is very respectful when it comes to animals. He loves animals too. But he also understands the damage unwanted rodents can do to your house. Just came from the servall office to pay my bill. I have had servall for 24 years & have recently had their service which I paid 50 dollars last year & this year without notice was 75 dollars. WHAT THE HECK? 50% increase? So I went in person to speak to the Manger about the under handed way they ripped me for 25 dollars more. I spoke to Mr. Thomas? who gladly stated that he was there & had to restructure the business. I complained that out of a mire courtesy they should notifiy the consumer of their 50%increase. I told him, that he will get the fee he ask for this time; but I am done with servall as well. He then tells me, That I could be done now as of today. And he added that he could not cash my check and I will have no longer ties to Servall today? Great restructuring Dud! If I knew he had a boss I would call him. I will now tell as many folks as I can & warn them of their new restructure which consist of get it now and next year restucture another 50% hike for whoever else is left ...read more

When my wife called to schedule an appointment with servall she was told about the different packages they offer and the pricing for each. She chose the $80 dollar package and was given a date that they would be at our home. On that date I was waiting at home when they showed up. Rather than sending an exterminator they sent a sales person. We stood on the front porch and she again explained the packages and pricing. I told her we had already decided on the $80 dollar package. Before she left she said we would be called to schedule an appointment. Of course i was upset because we had been through all of this and still nothing had been done. They never called back to schedule an appointment. about two weeks later they showed up unannounced. Our ant problem never got any better. I called to schedule a follow up. They never showed. When i spoke to the manager about this i told him i would be forced to give him a bad review.
