After signing off on my final walk through with no issues or concerns, I was told by the office I would receive my security deposit with in two weeks. 19days later I have not received it. When I contacted the office a Lady named Donna Kent was so rude and unprofessional. She hung up on me the first time, I called back to ask a few questions and she told me that she would suggest I be more patient, That they had some questions for the owner. Is that not something that should of been handled after I turned over my keys, witch is why it should of been two weeks? Patient was the two weeks I waited for my deposit. Not only do I have a signed final walk through form that says everything is good but according to my lease I should of received my security deposit by now. This is no way to do business and definetely not a way to treat a customer. I am in the real estate business and not only would I never treat a customer the way this management company has treated me but I will let everyone I know and come across going forward about my negative experience with Kent property management and they should consider using someone else.
