August 1st I had my car repaired here and when I left the car lot, I drove my car about 25 miles to Dalton before it died and is still sitting on the side of the road. I called Saturday and got their mailbox which is full. I called Monday morning to talk to the owner and left a message with someone for him to call me back. At 11am I leave another message for owner to call...I call again at 4pm and my call is immediately transferred to voice box which is full. I call from MY HOUSE NUMBER and they immediately answer the phone. So finally now that I get to talk to SCOTTIE he gives me the number to call of a tow company, and HE MAY OR MAY NOT COVER THE COST OF THE WRECKER, depending on what is wrong with my car...He'll just have to look at my car to see if it's HIS WORK that messed up on my car or if it's SOMETHING ELSE then he WON'T COVER THE TOW BILL OR THE REPAIRS. That might be ok if I hadn't just paid him $380 to fix the car, I EXPECTED IT TO BE FIXED. I'M PRETTY SURE YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DRIVE YOUR CAR MORE THAN 20 MILES WHEN YOU PICK IT UP FROM A MECHANIC'S. So Scottie, I will not have my car towed back up to your shop, and I will do everything within my power to make sure that EVERYONE ELSE thinks twice about bringing their vehicle to you as well.
