I agree about the poor customer service. Personnel are not very friendly when you call for information or they make you feel completely stupid for asking a simple question. Eastside will break something and not fix it... Don stafford should b fired and his house flooded and make him pay for it out of his own pocket. A little compassion for your customer would go a long way.
