:( :( :( Will not use again!!! Events With Taste was scheduled to do my wedding reception. The venue did not have a current copy of their insurance information, and there was a miscommunication about the insurance requirements. Instead of being proactive and communicating with either the customers or the venue, they dropped all of their staff for the event and hung up on me when I tried to clear everything up. When I called back, the other owner yelled at me for fifteen minutes and then refused to allow me to explain everything since there really was no problem other than faxing over the current insurance information. I would never use this company since both Michelle and Ted feel it is appropriate to yell at customers and refuse to clear any confusions that arise with an event. All of this happened five days before the event when we booked them months in advance. ...read more
