I went to ArchMasters originally because it was close to where I worked. I needed orthotic inserts that could be completely customized to my feet, as I have had issues with my arches my entire life, and it had been over ten years since I had a new pair made (about five years too long!) Dr. Sables was very nice and knowledgeable, as was everyone in the store. We talked about all of the various issues I had and he made some very helpful suggestions that previous Podiatrists had not. In about a week, I had my new inserts. As anyone with custom inserts knows, it takes time to get them adjusted perfectly, as you have to break them in. I had many adjustments over the following two months, and it was always easy to get in to see Dr. Sables - and he never charged anything for any of the adjustments - his only concern was making sure my inserts worked the way they were supposed to. Once they were perfectly adjusted, it is not an understatement to say that they changed my life. I had not realized how bad it had gotten, having gone so many years with worn-out inserts - and the new ones were way better than my old ones had ever been!
