January 2010, I returned home turned on my main water valve, unlocked my front door. Water was pouring from ceiling. I didn't know who to call, a neighbor suggested Jim Bob Construction. They responded on time, did an inspection. Bruce explained the work detail. I was somewhat expecting to be raped on the price. I didn't have insurance. They replaced all broken pipes, didn't leave until job was perfect. The bill came and I was very satisfied. I already made arrangements for further work to be done. We hired JBC to build a gabled roof on an old flat-roof buiding. They did a great job. It was on budget and was finished when they said it would be finished. Great people to work with. They met or exceeded my expectations. Good job Jim! Thank you. ...read more
