Thunder Bay Roofing
We have been in the Florida Roofing Industry since 1986, and as a result, have used every type of material in every different application possible. We are, however, not stuck in old methods and are always seeking out new technology and products. Lots of the products we use have old school durability, are installed / applied with state of the art equipment, and in some cases, are used together with the most current products to provide what we consider to be hybrid technology… we feel this serves our customers better.

Our Employees
We not only take pride in the quality of our work, but in the quality of our employees who are trained personally by Erik Williams, our founder. Erik Williams born and raised in St. Petersburg, FL.

Our Coverage Area:
Our home base is located in the Tampa Bay Area. We typically work within Pinellas, Sarasota Bradenton, and into Hillsborough Tampa although we do travel outside of that area for our larger clients.

Commercial Coverage Area:
Some of our commercial clients have multiple facilities throughout the State of Florida and with some of them national we travel throughout the southeastern USA for these clients. With a satellite office near Florida / Georgia state line, we can serve our clients quickly by allowing better availability.

Residential Coverage Area:
Our residential coverage area is limited to the Tampa Bay Area including: Hillsborough, Pinellas and Manatee Counties. Our office and warehouse is located in Pinellas County near the St. Petersburg / Clearwater Airport and interstate 275, close to the highway allowing us quick access to Hillsborough and Manatee Counties.

Communication:
We keep our customers informed of the status and progress of the project whether it is replacement or repair, on a daily basis, or as often as required and/or preferred.

Production Management: (project management)
We strive to maintain the highest standards by paying attention to the smallest details and giving our customers the kind of service they deserve!

Our projects are managed the “old fashioned way” – with pride and attention to detail. We strive to prevent damage to the property or facility, and if commercial or industrial, with minimal impact to the business occupant.

Our founder has attended, taken, and passed the SPFA Professional Certification Program (PCP) Sprayed Polyurethane Foam Association.

Exterior Waterproofing
Lots of times roof leaks originate from issues with expansion / contraction and/or control joints. We have extensive knowledge regarding the functionality and building movement which results in identification of these issues prior to failure, when we perform routine roof visits for maintenance purposes.

Spray Foam Insulation (excluding foam roofing)
SPF (Sprayed Polyurethane Foam) creates a highly energy efficient environment in both commercial and residential structures. The same equipment that we use to install Spray Foam Roofing is used to apply interior insulation. Spray in Place foam insulation has outstanding air and moisture barrier qualities. It conforms to any substrate and fills cracks and voids to create a seamless insulating covering. It is fully adhered, monolithic and has a high R-Value rating.

Sheet Metal Fabrication
Sheet metal fabrication is done within our own warehouse facility. Why should you know this? The reason is because we have the capability to custom fabricate sheet metal to specific project requirements
