This company provided very poor customer service. The instillation was a hack job done by a crew of 5 people that appeared to have been picked up off the streets. After the windows and doors were installed and over $14,000 spent, we experienced issues with the door leaking air and not being sealed properly. The company was very combative about addressing the issue. in addition the install guys demanded a tip for doing their job after we had already paid handsomely for our new windows.
