Ours is a true American Fighting System. RSMMA is a full-time Martial Arts Academy that offers separate and specific classes for Children, Teens and Adults.
All of our classes are geared towards specific age groups and abilities, from Ages 4 through Adult.
Whatever the age or ability of the student, everyone is welcome and everyone receives the attention and encouragement they deserve.
Shorin Ryu Karate, Yamane Ryu Bo Jutsu and Okinawan Kobudo, Krav Maga, BJJ, Self-defense,Grappling and Close Quarters Defensive Tactics, Yoga 101, Sport Specific Fitness, Women's Self Defense, Wellness, Weight Loss, Nutrition Counseling and Xtreme Fitness Kickboxing. Traditional Tournament and Demo Teams are optional.

Christopher Rosati, a successful Personal Trainer and Martial Artist offers training in Sports Specific Conditioning for athletes as well as Submission Grappling & BJJ.

Before I joined I was struggling with recently having been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes. Since joining, however, I've dropped 75 pounds and I have been off medication for 7 months, loosing all my weight naturally. The good nutritional advice provided by Lisa Marie Rosati, and the teachings of Krav Maga provided by Michael J Rosati Sr. really helped a great deal. The hard work really does pay off, thank you so much Rosati family!
