CARDIO KICKBOXING
Punch, kick and elbow your way to fitness and fun!!
Enjoy a fun and effective workout using moves modified from boxing and martial arts. This class is designed with all ages and abilities in mind. We move to motivating music while gaining strength, endurance, balance, muscle tone and developing general conditioning. No contact, low impact. It’s a blast! Join the fun! Bring a friend! Sign up for a session of just drop in! Session participants benefit from consistency and acquire skill and fitness more rapidly. Something new every night with a smart core/strength conditioning segment at the end.

PILATES YOGA FUSION
Join us for an exciting fusion of Pilates & Yoga in this fitness class. Explore basic movements of both Pilates and Yoga woven together to bring you a workout tapestry that both strengthens and stretches. Pilates (pronounced ‘pee-law-tee’s’) is an exercise form invented during WWII. Yoga is an ancient movement art that has been perfected during the last 5,000 yrs. Both forms of exercise are well known for stress relief, flexibility, strength without bulk, core stabilization (abdominals, back and sides), balance, improved body alignment and circulation. Various movements and progressions will be given in a pleasant, easy to follow format that challenges and strengthens your core and large muscle groups. Enjoy relaxing, refreshing and invigorating with us! Some mats are supplied, but you may bring your own.

CORE EXERCISE CLINICS
• Tone Midsection ( stomach, back and sides) • Aid General Conditioning • Increase strength, balance
Core training is so popular because it aids everyone from the serious athlete, to the de-conditioned or beginning exerciser or senior citizen. These special Clinics offer options for all levels of fitness and ability. We will demonstrate and guide you through toning and strengthening exercises for the mid-section (torso, tummy, sides and back) , yet which also benefit the entire body. The fun may involve the use of various fitness tools such as fitness balls, weighted balls, Bender-Balls, bands, Bosu balance trainer and hand weights. Each clinic night will be new yet build on the earlier clinic nights. Those that register for the whole session will receive a notebook with Core Exercises performed in the 4 clinic nights to bring home along with an exercise diary for future use.

I have had the chance to take personal training from Gale as well as classes. She is awesome in both settings. As a personal trainer, she really listens and works with me on my own goals. In class, she makes each individual feel important in class and helps everyone work to their own level.

The Answer is - whatever you want, can do and is appropriate for you to meet your goals Our in home Personal Training business can set you up with what is right just for you. If you like classes, we have them, if you like noisey wild workouts, we have them, if you are an athlete needing specific conditioning we can do that, if you want fine tuning on your Yoga or Pilates practise or Core (midsection) workouts, general strengthening and conditionin, or if you are a senior citizen with limited mobility we can help you. We have helped stay at home moms, those that are chronic workers tied to their desks, people who travel very frequently, and others.
