T & T Nails

I have been to T&T nails many times in the past and it has always been a very good experience until today. I usually call the day b4 or the same day for an app't and ask for whoever is available at the time I need. I've been to at least three different women and they always did a wonderful job, except for Kim.

Kim actually skipped entire steps in the manicure/pedicure process (no top coat applied to my toes and no base coat applied to my fingers) did minimal filing and cuticle removal and rushed the entire process.

I like T&T nails a lot, but after this I am thinking of taking my business elsewhere.

If you do go there, make sure they don't assign you to Kim, unless you enjoy paying $30 (mani/pedi) for a half-done/rush job you will end up touching up yourself.
