They truly suck!
I would give them a zero rating if that were an option. They do not welcome you when you enter the door, they make you wait while they gossip instead of seating you and performing you service - even when there is no one else in the shop!\t\n\t\nSome of the techs seem to feel like they are too good to perform work on certain customers. They will pass you along to the newbies and wait for the fellow Indians to come in. They are rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. They also do not do as good of a job as others I have tried - yes, there are others - in the area.\t\n\t\nBeware!

The manager takes the tips. Please complain to change this.
This place is great. They do a wonderful job with brows and the folks who work there work very hard, but you need to know that the manager is very selfish and keeps all of the tips. It's worth going there because of the value and quality of the work performed, but please voice your disapproval of the tip policy to the manager when you get there. Better yet, ask to speak to the manager, then hand her a few pennies so she can feel like she has successfully milked her employees for the day, and ensure that the tip that you hand to the staff, in front of the manager, is pocketed by the person who performed your cosmetic services, not by the selfish manager. The cosmeticians need to be rewarded for the work they perform. And the public needs to know how the manager treats her employees at this establishment.

best threading anywhere
ive been at many diff. cities for these services & this by far is the best. they remember who you are. im assuming that its under new management as the entire place looks different. it seems as if the owners not around & her daughters taken over. place looks good. service has improved greatly. give them a chance once again. been going there for years.

very unprofessional attitude
very unprofessional, girls like to gossip with each other while they work. Infact, they give first priority to their gossip, roaming around while you are eagerly waiting on the chair to get ur stuff done. I hope the owner of the parlor notices and set things right so that girls are more discplined and give first priority to the client. We are spending $$$ after all.

Aisha is great
I have been getting my eyebrows and facial threading done at Shamim's for almost 3 years. Before Aisha started working there I was a faithful customer to Kamal (she was great). When Kamal moved away, I decided to get on Aisha's clientele. Aisha is very friendly and great with eyebrow threading and facial hair removal. Shamim's is the best i've seen in the triangle.

LIKE TO GO THERE FOR THE PAST 1 YR
I usually have a walk-in since I am busy with kids and work. I always get the service in short time although getting an appointment helps in waiting time. I did waxing with shamim and facial with raj and they both did a good job. They are very straight forward with appointments and walk-ins. They try to fit you in if its walk-in and if they cant they schedule me for my best time or suggest me a good time to come. I WOULD RECOMMEND TO EVERYBODY WITH A BUSY SCHEDULE TO GO HERE.

GET THE BEST SERVICE IN THE SALON FROM MAHI.
I switch salons in the city every often just to find the right salon for the right service. This salon gave me the satisfaction that I kept missing in other salons. The friendliness and the easy going atmosphere is very comforting and the prices are just right too. You get full attention and good service. I did facial and threading with the girl named mahi there. she did a very good and PAINLESS job. And even though they dont ask or demand tips like other salons......I gave her some tips to make her day better. And yes SHE DERSERVED THE TIP.\t\n
