Karls has the worst customer service. I have an appliance under warranty being worked on, Its been 7 weeks ! No Calls, No Help From Anyone. Oh and Absolutly No Returned Phone Calls. What A Fricken Joke Of customer service . If This Was me at my current job I would be FIRED!!! ...read more
